Aptive Altitude is the identity for Aptive’s annual sales kickoff event. Our goal was to create a clear, energetic design system that kept reps organized throughout a weekend of trainings and activities. We built the theme around mountain climbing—a nod to the perseverance and endurance shared by climbers and top sales pros. I contributed to the theme ideation and designed all event and in-apartment posters.

I was inspired by a lot of my grandpa's old rock climbing books and magazines for this project. Using a Swiss-inspired approach, I organized a lot of information—schedules, challenge calendars, quotes, and prizes—into clean, structured layouts with strong hierarchy and plenty of breathing room. The result was a cohesive system that felt motivating, polished, and easy to navigate as reps prepared for the upcoming season.
